The customer service was outstanding both prior to the date and during the registration process. I love the security, the insurance availability, and the layout of the facility which incldues prevention of water leaks. The storage space is more than sufficient for me!
Facility needs more space for large Rv's. Had a very hard time getting my 40 ft motor home parked in it's parking space.

My Trek mountain bike was along with a nother mountain bike from the knob town facility I thought security was good but thinking back I think that sucks
I was in a space in the back with my RV I came to leave the RV because my father was sick in that town in that state and I was visiting someone parked their RV so close I could not access my RV door and have access to the belongings I was storing in the RV such as clothes and other things that I needed to access while I was living in a motel in town temporarily I contacted and many many times asking for him to contact the people though they had Missouri plates on the RV I had Mississippi placed upon mine after 5 contacts I gave up the next month I cancelled and moved it
The entire experience was excellent
Great. We are upgrading to a larger unit and leaving another facility because yours is cleaner and more secure. We plan to be there a while.
Overall, good people to deal with and very nice facility.
The move-in process was smooth. I got online reminders of my move-in date and even a phone call before the date to let me know my space was available if I wanted to move in early.
Easy to set up on line rental. Need phone number of on site people to insure they will be there when you move it. They had a sigh up back at 2:15 and I ended up having to wait 10 minutes. Rest of move in went great.
Stored my boat in the covered parking area. Was told when I signed up that the place had excellent security including video coverage. This spring my boat was broken into. The cover was cut to gain entry, all my fuel was stolen and they destroyed my ignition switch in what I believe was an attempt to steel the battery. When I brought this to the attention of the manager...the only response was..."That is why you should have insurance" and "we don't have video surveliance coverage back there".
When we called from St Louis to rent storage we were quoted one price and told that it was open until 6 PM. We got to Kansas City by 5:10 and it had been closed for hours. The electronic regristration was not functional. After several hours on the phone, they gave us a temporary code and we settled up the next business day (at a different price).
Kevin did a great job welcoming me to the Shed. Everything went very well: moved, stored, locked and secure. (-:
I received an email that says working hours start at 8:00am then I went there 8:45am and waited until 10:00am on Friday. Working hours were different from your email. Another thing was according to your email first month was free. Clerk said "no" second month is free. I planned my car to park there for 34 days. I thought I just needed to pay for 4 days. No, I paid $76. Do you believe this? I had no time to argue. Could you please check this and if something is wrong, please refund me. Thanks
Quick courteous check in. Access is nice. Time will tell if security is adequate; however, first appearence indicates it is
